  • For Indians: Driving licence photocopy, original Aadhar card, or voter ID card till bike/scooter is returned.
  • For foreigners: Driving license photocopy, Passport photocopy, any original ID card till bike/scooter is returned.
  • Recovery policy of Bike on rent: In case of any breakdown incident with the bike, vendors will provide a replacement if it is up to a certain distance. Beyond the said distance, the user will have to arrange for replacement or repair work. In such a case, the user will have to submit the repair receipt to claim such reimbursement.

  • The rental service can be availed by anyone who is 18 years or above and has a driving licence.
  • The customer should have a two-wheeler or motorcycle driver's license.
  • If there is a failure to return the vehicle on time, then additional charges will be incurred.
  • The customer should provide us with all the required documents.
  • A penalty will be incurred in case, the vehicle is not in the same condition as it was while it was rented.
  • Fuel costs and parking fees are not included in the package.
  • At the time of acquiring the vehicle, the customer has to pay a security fee.

No, fuel is not included. But the fuel tank of the bike will be filled with enough fuel to start the bike and reach the nearest petrol station.

2. When shall I get the security deposit back?

After you have returned the bike, you shall get your security money back.
